Return policy

Some parameters or colour of the products may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Customer. Vendor cannot be responsible for that and Customer must understand it before making an order.

           In accordance with European Parliament and the Council Directive  97/7/EB,1997-05-20 , for the Customer protection related with distance selling contracts, Customer has no right to refure the contract if the acquired quality products were manufactured in accordance with the Customers special requests or are clearly tailored to a particular Customer (consumer).

           Products ordered by Customer in our e-shop is manufactured by Customers special requests and ordered product can be returned only due to defect, in order requested details incongruity or damage that appeared during the transportation of the products.
Return costs are paid by the Customer.
